Yes. Pay only when the item arrives at your door.

Nairobi typically within 1–2 days. Up-country 2–4 days.

3. How do I confirm my order?
After placing your order, our team will call/SMS/WhatsApp you.
If we can’t reach you within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled.

4. Can I return a product?
Yes—only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival.
You must contact us within 48 hours.

5. Do I pay for return shipping?
If the mistake is on our side (wrong/defective item), we cover it.
If you simply change your mind, returns aren’t accepted.

6. Are shipping fees refundable?

The rider will call you.
You can reschedule or share alternative delivery instructions.
Repeated failed delivery attempts may cancel the order.
