By placing an order with Cash on Delivery, you agree to the following:

1. Payment Method
   – We accept Cash on Delivery only.
   – You pay the full amount when the order arrives at your address.

2. Order Confirmation
   – After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation SMS/call.
   – Orders without phone confirmation may be cancelled.

3. Address Accuracy
   – Make sure the phone number and address are correct.
   – Incorrect details may delay or cancel the order.

4. Delivery Time
   – Delivery times vary by region. We aim to deliver as fast as possible.
   – Expected delivery window: 1–3 days (adjust for your market).

5. Cancellations
   – If you cancel after the package is shipped or refuse delivery at the door, we reserve the right to block future COD orders.

6. Returns / Damaged Items
   – If the item arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 48 hours with proof (photo/video) for assistance.

7. Shipping Fees
   – Shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Fraud Prevention
   – Multiple unpaid deliveries or fake orders will be reported and blocked system-wide.
