Return Policy

By ordering from our store, you agree to the following return terms:

  1. Returns Accepted Only for Valid Reasons
    – Wrong item delivered
    – Damaged item on arrival
    – Defective product during first use

  2. Return Window
    – You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
    – No requests after this period will be accepted.

  3. Return Process
    – Send us your name, phone number, and order ID.
    – Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue.
    – Our support team will review and approve/deny the request.

  4. Refund Method
    – For COD orders, refunds are issued only after the product is returned and inspected.
    – Refunds are done via mobile money/bank transfer, depending on your region.

  5. Non-Returnable Items
    – Used products with visible wear
    – Items without original packaging
    – Hygiene/personal care products, unless sealed and damaged on arrival
    – Change-of-mind returns are not accepted

  6. Shipping Costs
    – Return shipping fees are paid by the customer unless the item was defective or wrong.

  7. Rejected Returns
